Throughout the term we act as a calm single point of contact between resident and owner. Quiet renewal support is offered at term-end.

Client data protection
Personal information provided in the course of a placement engagement is handled with discretion and used only for the purposes of the tenancy process.
Named advisor responsibility
Every client has one named advisor who takes personal responsibility for the search and placement. There is no team handover model at Jelita.
MIEA and BOVAEP registered
Jelita operates under the standards of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents and the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia.
Same-day communication
Client messages received during office hours are responded to on the same working day, without exception.
Pre-visit standard
No property is presented to a client without a prior personal visit by a member of the Jelita team. This is not discretionary — it is standard practice on every search.
Renewal and continuity
We contact clients proactively when a lease term is approaching renewal — offering support whether they intend to stay, renegotiate, or begin a new search.
